I had the pleasure of working with Vaibhav at Zeus Learning, where I collaborated closely with him on multiple design initiatives. Vaibhav is a thoughtful, driven designer who brings a strong mix of user empathy, structured thinking, and attention to detail into his work. What stood out most was his ability to take feedback positively and turn it into meaningful improvements. He consistently showed growth in his UX thinking, from understanding user needs and constraints to translating them into clean, well-reasoned design solutions. He also communicated his ideas clearly and worked well across teams, which made collaboration easy and productive. Vaibhav is someone who genuinely cares about doing good work and continuously improving as a designer. I have no doubt he'll be a great asset to any product or UX team.
