Experience

Over the past two years, I have designed experiences across platforms such as web, desktop, mobile, tablet, and watch, catering to both consumer and enterprise products in sectors like sales, edtech, and instructional content. I have led, developed, and managed design teams, including UX designers, visual designers, motion designers, user researchers, content strategists, and prototypers.

Mayo Clinic |  Apprenternship  |  Aug 2025 to Present |  Arizona, USA

Mayo Clinic, Classical Hematology Triage

Collaborate with Mayo Clinic physicians and triage nurses as subject-matter experts to deepen the problem definition for an LLM-assisted referral triage tool in classical hematology. Co-frame clinical goals and risks with SMEs and set guardrails that balance speed, clinician judgment, equity, privacy, and HIPAA compliance. Define end-to-end workflows from intake to disposition and create Figma prototypes for an interactive triage list, referral snapshot, draftable triage notes, rationale visibility, one-click overrides, and feedback capture with an audit trail aligned to EHR practices and consent expectations.

Run structured usability sessions with de-identified cases alongside physicians and triage nurses, reduce cognitive load through clear hierarchy and just-in-time cues, and iterate on explanation patterns so recommendations remain transparent and reversible. Establish success reads before pilot time to triage, agreement with expert review, misrouting rate by subgroup, and adoption signals and prepare desktop and mobile integration patterns that support rapid routing to face-to-face consult, e-consult, referral to malignant hematology, or decline while preserving clinician authority and patient safety.

Mesh Labs |  Project Lead  |  Aug 2025 to Present |  Arizona, USA

As Project Lead at Mesh Labs, I ran end to end XR learning builds for adult learners. I scoped work with university and public sector partners, set timelines and milestones, and led weekly standups to align design, engineering, and content. I turned scripts into clear specs, unblocked developers with quick prototypes, and tracked risks with RAID logs and concise stakeholder readouts. Accessibility and safety were baked in from the start including legibility, contrast, captions, locomotion comfort, and controller mapping validated through short usability loops so releases landed on time with zero critical blockers.

The national real estate learning lab project guides due diligence through a 360 degree walkthrough of a Boston commercial property. Learning goals map to ASTM E2018 24 and came from task analysis with experts. The experience uses scenario based learning with clear objectives, a pre brief, and practice in context. Hotspots, 3D overlays, short video explainers, and worked examples provide scaffolding without overload. Learners progress system by system roofing, structure, MEP, life safety applying checklists, cues, and rule of thumb guides to make decisions. Feedback is immediate and specific with rubrics and model answers on demand, while UDL and accessibility standards keep it usable for diverse adults. Analytics on time on task, decision agreement, and error types drive continuous improvement and support competency based assessment.

Dreamscape Learn |  Technology Assistant  |  May 2025 to Present |  Arizona, USA

At Dreamscape Learn, operates Unity-based virtual reality learning systems and calibrates 3D haptic pods to deliver high-fidelity visuals and precise spatial alignment. Daily setup of headsets, sensors, and controllers establishes a stable, multi-user VR environment.

Runs real-time diagnostics and resolves hardware or software anomalies to cut downtime. Routine QA on each simulation surfaces glitches pre-session, sustaining performance across modules and driving higher uptime and user satisfaction.

Partners with engineering to provide structured performance and behavior feedback, informing iterations in hardware–software integration from calibration parameters to control algorithms. Contributions have refined VR content delivery while building deep, hands-on experience with immersive tech and cross-functional collaboration.

Zeus Learning |  Instructional Design Analyst/UX Designer  |  June 2022 to August 2024 |  Mumbai, India

During my tenure at Zeus Learning, I had the privilege of working with Imagine Learning, a leading edtech platform in the US, where I played a key role in creating their new LMS platform with 30+ question types and 12+ tools.

With over two years of experience, I have made significant contributions to the development of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Notably, I designed and implemented a comprehensive interface for 30+ question types, supporting authoring, student preview, teacher grading, and scoring, with optimal usability across all devices. I also developed front-end solutions utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C++ to create seamless and responsive user experiences. In addition, I conducted thorough code reviews and quality assurance testing to ensure functionality, consistency, and alignment with project specifications.

Building on that foundation, as an Instruction Design Analyst I leveraged ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy to craft instructor-led and eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint. I captured requirements in SharePoint and Jira, built high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, partnered with SMEs and multimedia specialists to publish interactive modules, and migrated 2 M+ legacy questions via Learnosity’s Author API. Rigorous WCAG 3.0/Section 508 audits and automated QA guaranteed clear, on-brand, on-time delivery.

I was on track for promotion to Senior Designer before pursuing my Master of Science in UX at Arizona State University, starting Fall 2024. I aim to further explore educational technology by developing an AI model capable of generating unique questions from simple prompts.
